Photo Blog Project 365: Day 224 – New Friend

Day-224Today we spent a couple hours at the neighborhood park where Little A made friends with a cute little girl.  He’s super friendly.  He went right up to her and gave her a hug and they were friends right then and there.

Photo Blog Project 365: Day 223 – Love

Day-223On this day, we went to a Middle Eastern market with Little A’s aunt and cousin Nautas.  Here they are in the shopping cart. Nautas is giving him a big kiss on his head…too cute!  I bought some baklava and lavosh bread – yum!

Photo Blog Project 365: Day 133 – How Each Day Should Begin

Day-133--How-Each-Day-Must-Begin

I actually took this photo yesterday while waiting in the car to go into my yoga class (got there a bit early).  I started the day today with a cup of coffee as well as a caramel apple, which made it even better!  I think I’m addicted to caramel apples.  This is one of the many reasons why I love the Fall.

Photo Blog Project 365: Day 114 – The gorgeous light that comes at twilight

This evening we had some gorgeous light and skies that I couldn’t narrow it down to just one photo.

I’ve been so very tired today.  It feels like I’ve been walking around in a zombie-like haze.  I need more sleep.  This photo was taken from the sidewalk in front of my house today.  I liked how the clouds looked like they stacked on top of each other to make the shape of the Pilsbury Dough Man waving, “Hi.”  I took it with my iPhone and used Chase Jarvis’ “Best Camera” app to process it.  I love that I can just email it to myself as well as to FB and Twitter if I so desire all at the same time.  From there I can just post it to my blog without ever having to pull it up in Photoshop.  So easy and so great, especially when you’re so tired like I am.  Hmm that gives me a great idea….I think I might just continue this blog using only my iPhone and the Best Camera App. to save time and keep it simple.  Good night all!  I have an appointment with my pillow….zzzzz…..

This day was an ordinary one filled with errands and catching up with everyday life after vacation.  At the end of the day I took Little A to My Kid’s Clubhouse (indoor playground) so he could burn off some steam.  This was the first time we had been to the Bonita location, which is actually closer than the Poway location.  I noticed right outside the window across the street was the Sweetwater Regional Park and Open Space Preserve.  There were some lovely trees there.  I decided next time I’d like to visit that spot when we have more time.  I took this photo with my iPhone through the window from My Kid’s Clubhouse while Little A played.  I used Chase Jarvis’ new Best Camera App for the iPhone to process it through some filters to make it more interesting.
